Refund & Cancellation Policy: The New Brunswick Highland Games Festival (“the Festival”) is a rain-or-shine event. All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued unless the Festival, or a significant portion of it, is cancelled in its entirety due to circumstances beyond our control.
In the event of severe weather or other unforeseen disruptions (including but not limited to public safety concerns, power outages, or other force majeure events), certain performances or activities may be delayed, modified, or cancelled. While we will make every effort to proceed safely with as much programming as possible, some event cancellations may occur under these circumstances.
Should significant disruptions result in the cancellation of major components of the Festival, we will evaluate the situation and may offer partial or full refunds at our sole discretion. This decision will consider the scope of what was affected and whether any rescheduling or alternative programming is possible.
Any potential refunds will be handled in accordance with the policies of the Festival and our official ticket provider. Updates and relevant information will be shared via our website and social media channels.
